If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Haloview’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased on Authorization channel within 1 month counting from the date of purchase, and request a refund from Authorization channel. Note: Express shipping cost is non-refundable. The shipping cost back and forth required to be deducted if it couldn't demonstrate to be a quality issue before returning.
The user must ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the goods themselves and accessories are complete, if the product is damaged by end-user and the spare parts are missing, the return will not be processed.
Haloview warranty any non-human damage within 12 months after the date of purchase, the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1. More than 12 months guarantee periods
2. No order number or invoice matches the purchase information
3. Damage caused by human
4. Damage caused by irresistible factors
5. Any damage caused by the improper installation or mis-handling of the electronic components not in accordance with the requirements of the manual instruction
6. Repairs are performed by unauthorized persons of Haloview Company
