I've just received one of these BTC128 cameras with my Haloview BT11 system. I've installed the camera but the image is upside down. I have made sure the camera is installed correctly. Is there any way to fix it or have I received a defective camera?
LANCE uses a Voyager camera and bracket on the rear roof of their truck campers. Can the BTC128 be adapted to fit this Voyager camera bracket? I would like to replace the Voyager camera with the Byte Tango BT6, camera and monitor. Thanks
Yes, you can remove the BTC128 camera bracket and use this voyager adapter to install: https://www.haloview.com/haloview-backup-camera-bracket-adapter-compatible-with-voyager-furrion-pre-wired-rvs.html

Does the camera come with the furrion cable, for prewired units? What is in included with only a camera?
No, it doesn't include the furrion cable, please contact [email protected] we can send it to you for free.

Is it possible to purchase a BTC128 camera without the plastic shroud and mount, or is it possible to remove the camera (and antenna socket) from the plastic shroud?
I'm interested in trying to make the camera as compact/small as possible.
The power consumption of BTC128 is 12V@280mA when the night vision is turned on. It is recommended that you replace the fuse and test it without connecting the camera to see if the fuse is working properly.
