I have the MC7611 camera/monitor system. I want to purchase two extra cams to go on the R and L sides of my Motorhome for blind spot viewing. Which format should I get... front or rear facing? I'm unclear why one camera wouldn't work for both.

    • Front facing is for dash cam, rear facing is for rear cam or side cam.

What does the format selection mean ? I purchased the MC7612 for my tractor and am thinking of adding additional camera CA612 for the front of tractor. What additional wiring, connectors or mounts do I need or would you recommend?

    • PAL and NTSC, for choice, only their frequency for the light is different, European countries use PAL(50Hz), America is 60Hz(NTSC) generally. If you use NTSC(60Hz), it is fine in the daytime, but the image will flash under the road light at night.,

Will this work as a second rear facing camera for the MC7616 system? This would be truck mounted, the primary camera will be mounted on the back of the fifth wheel.
